Technical Analyst

The Technical Analyst, forming part of an established software development team, will be responsible for documenting existing software, suggesting new technologies, and helping with the design of software. The ideal candidate would have experience in hands-on software development, and should ideally have most of the following skills, experience and attributes:

System Administrator

The System Administrator’s responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues as well as documenting the various technical and installation processes of the various environments. Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. The ideal candidate should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly, research solutions in their own capacity until the problem is resolved and being able to trouble-shoot issues that have never been addressed before. One should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and clients.

Business Analyst

The Business Analyst is responsible for collecting, managing, and documenting business requirements from the moment a project’s life cycle begins. Main tasks will include facilitating workshops with customers, analysing customer requirements, and presenting these requirements to the team.
