Currently in KYCP a user can download documents one by one, and only if the user has the respective right to do so. This new feature now allows users who have been given the right, to be able to download all documents within an application. This new right is called “Export Documents in Bulk”. Once given this right the user will be able to see a new button with the Documents Panel called EXPORT DOCUMENTS highlighted in the below image.
Once pressed, this button will provide the user with the options available.
Selecting the required documents to export will generate a ZIP file in your local machine with all the selected documents. This ZIP file will look similar to the filename below.
Once you export the ZIP file the solution places all documents in the following structure:
All entities within the structure are created as a folder, each of which will contain the documents for that respective entity. Any documents that are linked to the application (not an entity) will be in the main root folder. The actual filenames will be the actual name of the file as it was when it was uploaded in KYCP, prefixed by a unique code generated by KYCP.
