KYCP

Case Manager (CM) Module in KYCP

  • February 05, 2021

KYC Portal is used to collect data for KYC due diligence and anything related to risk. You can now create a CM programme with a subset of data that is used for operational purposes, which will be linked directly to a KYCP programme. You can choose which entities you want to be visible in the CM file, from the KYCP programme. Fields would also be already populated from KYCP; however, you can also add new fields which only relate to the CM file for example Folio Ref, Date of Cessation etc..

Similar to how KYCP works, you can create, configure and manage as many CM programmes as you need. This allows you to build CM programmes for each business line or function and be able to define all the types of data necessary for the operational side of the business. The CM module allows you to group fields and data in different tabs in order to segregate and organize the data on your clients or counterparties.

As an example, you can have a tab for all the bank details including details of all the signatories; a tab for secretarial information; shareholding; employees; reports or even also STR (Suspicious Transactions) on your clients. The fully dynamic configuration allows you to create templates of documents specific to the operational side of the business and also with tailored statuses defined just for the CM programme. It also allows you to segregate the access of your teams, allowing the compliance team to only access the KYC related record, whilst your operational team accessing the CM file of a client without having visibility of the KYC data.

The scope of this module is that of allowing KYCP to be a central repository of data for your subjects, not only from a KYC perspective but also from the operational side of the business.
