Faster Notifications Management
The notifications engine functions as an automated task management system, alerting teams in real-time to critical events such as document expiries, screening hits, and risk score changes. It centralizes all items requiring human attention, enabling users to assign, lock, and track actions through to completion. This ensures immediate awareness of risk exposure and improves operational control by providing a clear overview of pending tasks across the client lifecycle.
Managing notifications is now quicker and more efficient with the introduction of the Bulk Complete action.
Previously, notifications had to be marked as completed individually, even when multiple notifications related to the same task or activity.
Version 2.1.6 introduces the ability to complete multiple notifications in a single action. Users can simply select the required notifications and mark them as completed together, while providing a mandatory comment to maintain a clear audit trail.
This enhancement reduces repetitive administrative work, improves productivity, and makes it easier for users to keep their notification list up to date.
