KYCP is looking for a Business Analyst, to join their ever-growing development team. KYCP offer both remote-working and flexitime.
The Business Analyst is responsible for collecting, managing, and documenting business requirements from the moment a project’s life cycle begins. Main tasks will include facilitating workshops with customers, analysing customer requirements, and presenting these requirements to the team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Document and review all business processes and perform Gap Analysis if required.
- Actively organise and facilitate workshops, webinars, and knowledge transfer with clients and team members.
- Assist the software development teams by gathering and enhancing requirements.
- Perform business analysis and elicit requirements for projects requested by the business, liaising with all stakeholders.
- Gain requirements sign-off from key stakeholders by ensuring they share a common understanding of the requirements and obtaining their written approval.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ICT or a related functional sector such as Finance, Management Information Systems, etc.
- Proven track record and experience in a similar role.
- Ability to organise, prioritise and respond to multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to work with interruptions and address problems requiring immediate attention.
- Ability to plan, organize and multi-task to complete assignments in an efficient manner.
- Ability to communicate professionally, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and spoken Maltese.
